The null and voiding due to the covid-19 pandemic of the 2019-20 steps 3 to 6 non league season means in the main that there should be little movements of clubs between leagues. Relegation as it stands only exist at step 1 and from the EFL with promotions at step 1 and step 2.

Prior to the season prematurely ending the following clubs had applied to join the non league system




Known club resignations and requests for moves to date are as follows:

New College Swindon, Didcot Town Development, Marlow United and Brackley Town Saints have resigned from the Hellenic League. With Marlow United expected to ove to the Thames Valley Premier League.
