The FA have released the league allocations for the 2020-21 Season source here it has been confirmed that
have been allocated new places at step 6 in the North West Counties Leagues North and South respectively.
No promotions have been allowed between leagues though there have been various sideways movements or movements due to resignations or clubs folding
The North West Counties League have released a statement saying they had not supported the FA decision to place Bury AFC and the Isle Of Man in their league at step 6 source here
Two other clubs have also applied to be admitted to the Non League System but a decision has not been made as yet, I would imagine one would be the folded Bury FC who are thought to have applied to join the National League North.
As the structure of the leagues remains fairly static from 2019-20 you would imagine that there will be limited appeals on allocations what will be key is the season start date and whether how many clubs that may pull out due to financial constraints prior to the season starting
