Today the 17th May 2020 should have been non league finals day at wembley stadium.

The early halting of the 2019-20 non league season due to covid-19 has meant this seasons buildbase fa vase and fa trophy is currently delayed. The FA as it stands are still looking to finish this seasons competitions, though no date has been mentioned.

As it stands the semi finals of each competition are still to be played.

The outstanding semi final matches originally due to be played over two leagues are as follows

FA Trophy
Halesowen Town (4) v Concord Rangers(2)
Harrogate Town(1) v Notts County(1)

FA Vase
Corinthian(5a) v Hebburn Town(5b)
Bitton(5c) v Consett(5d)

Numbers in brackets are the levels the clubs play in, for the following letter this references the league name
(1)National League
(2)National League South
(4)Southern Divison One Central
(5a)Southern Counties East Football League Premier Division
(5b)Northern Football League Division One
(5c)Western Football League Premier Division

Only Halesowen Town of the FA Vase semi finalists have had their league null and void the other clubs are waiting to hear the next steps of the agreement to end steps 1 and 2.

Halesowen were second in their league one point behind the leaders Berkhamstead Town with a game in hand and would almost certainly made at least the playoffs.

Both Harrogate Town and Notts County of the National League occupied play off positions when the league was suspended with both clubs almost certain to make the playoffs and both had a chance to catch leaders Barrow

Concord Rangers were occupying 16th place with four other sides in the National League South just two points outside the relegation zone though with a number of games in hand would have expected to be safe.

For the FA Vase semi finalists all leagues have been made null and void. When the season ended Corinthian were second in their league two points behind leaders Beckenham Town
with a game in hand,

Hebburn Town were third and occupying a playoff place with Consett sixth in their league, Consett had only played 27 games 4 less than Hebburn,

Bitton were seventh in their league and were perhaps unlikely to make the playoff though
had still to play 14 games with other clubs around them with a similar number of remaining games

With the season ending and players out of contract if the competition does progress it could be with very different squads and even management.

Chertsey Town and Leyton Orient are the current holders of the FA Vase and FA Trophy respectively
